What is Instant Pay?
Instant Pay lets eligible delivery pros request earnings on demand—so you don’t need to wait for Monday to access your money. You choose when and how to get paid.
Payout Methods Explained
| Method | Fee | Speed |
| ACH Transfer | Free | 2–4 business days |
| Instant Pay | 1% fee | Minutes (near-instant) |
How to Access Instant Pay in the App
If you see the Earnings tab (currently in CA & MN):
- Go to the Earnings tab.
- Tap Payouts at the top of the screen.
If you don’t have an Earnings tab yet:
- Open your Profile.
- Tap the Payouts button to access Instant Pay.
Viewing Your Bank Account & Managing Info
- On the Payouts screen, tap Transfer To to select from the bank accounts connected via Stripe.
- Only accounts already added to your Stripe profile are eligible.
- Need to update your bank information? Tap Need Help? to access your Stripe settings.
Note: Some banks do allow you to do Instant Pay through your bank account. If the feature isn't working, add a debit card to your Stripe account.
How Stripe Applies the Instant Pay Fee
Stripe applies the fee after you request a payout—so you always receive the exact amount you request, minus the fee. You don’t need to do the math; the app handles it for you.
Example Scenario (1% fee):
- Total Balance: $101
- Net Available: $100 (Stripe calculates and reserves the fee)
- Delivery Pro Requests: $100
- Fee Taken: $1 (reported in Stripe dashboard)
- Result: Successful payout.
Note: The fee covers Stripe processing costs.
