# Dispatch Service Levels

**Third Party Courier Resources - Service Levels**

## Service Level Definitions:
- **ASAP:** Orders must be picked up as soon as they are claimed.
- **Expedited:** Orders must be delivered within 120 minutes.
- **Standard:** Orders must be delivered by drop-off time noted in app (three or more hours).
- **Same Day:** Ready for pickup between 7-10am and due by 5 pm or later.
- **Multi-Stop:** Pick up multiple parcels from one pickup location and deliver to multiple drop-off locations by 4pm.

**You can view the service level in the courier portals (Dashboard tab) load-board under the route tab (mileage also shown) on the available orders board.**
