Customer Story 01

DIY Retail / National Retailer

New Capability Launch, National Rollout

How one of the nation's largest DIY retailers turned delivery SLA into a competitive edge.

The Problem
Operating at national scale with hundreds of store locations, this DIY retailer set out to launch a new large-item and van delivery capability for customers making bulkier building material purchases. The challenge was one of scale: how do you launch a consistent, measurable delivery experience in every store, in every market, without building and managing that infrastructure market by market?

The Solution
The partnership began with a single pilot market to prove the model: a national van delivery program with distinct workflows for Pro and Residential customers, each with its own SLAs, vehicle requirements, and handling rules. DispatchOne connected directly to the company's existing order system, so orders flowed through automatically and store staff no longer keyed them in by hand.

Weekly consolidated billing replaced managing invoices market by market, and real-time dashboards gave operations SLA tracking, exception reporting, and completion rates at both the store and corporate level. Once the pilot validated the approach, each new market came online in roughly two weeks on the same proven playbook.

Customer Story 02

Security Products & Commercial Technology / National Distribution

Enterprise Vendor Consolidation

15 couriers, 150 locations, two unsuccessful pilots: standardizing the last mile on one platform.

The Problem
With over 150 distribution locations nationwide, this distributor of security products and commercial AV technology managed delivery through a network of 15 to 20 local couriers. The product mix added a constraint: large-format cargo like commercial televisions, AV systems, and security hardware needed cargo van capacity and professional handling that standard couriers couldn't reliably provide.

The Solution
After a competitive evaluation, DispatchOne was selected for its combination of cargo van capacity, national network coverage, and enterprise-grade visibility. An enterprise MSA was established, with 20 founding locations live in the initial rollout.

Customer Story 03

Paint & Coatings / National Specialty Retail

Multi-Channel Growth + Volume Scale

40,000 orders. Two delivery channels. One platform that scales both simultaneously.

The Problem
The professional delivery channel had been built over years around a network of regional carriers, while the retailer launched a new DIY consumer delivery program that required distinct routing and SLA rules.

The Solution
DispatchOne was deployed across both channels with distinct routing and SLA rules built specifically for each program, ensuring full visibility and accountability all the way through delivery.
