Do you have your own set of wheels and want to make a good income or even extra cash? When you sign up to drive with Dispatch, you'll be asked to select a vehicle size. Why? Glad you asked!

Selecting the right vehicle size is key to ensuring [a great delivery experience for drivers](/content/blog/the-dispatch-difference-the-driver-app/index.html) and customers. As a Dispatch driver, you'll be delivering packages and parts to local businesses and jobsites. Our customers request a vehicle type based on the items they need us to deliver to their customers. You could be delivering anything from a small tool to buckets of paint or too-large signage that calls for the capacity of a cargo van.

To help meet our customers' needs, [Dispatch](/content/site-root.html) has four vehicle size categories:

- Car
- Mid Sized
- Pickup Truck
- Cargo Van

There are many vehicle options that can fit into each of these categories. Here are some examples:

- **Car**: Toyota Camry, Nissan Altima, or Chevy Spark
- **Mid Sized**: Dodge Grand Caravan, Toyota RAV-4, or Hyundai Santa Fe
- **Pickup Truck**: Ford F-150, Toyota Tacoma, or Dodge Ram
- **Cargo Van**: Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, GMC Savana, or Ford Econoline
