Meet Sam Randle, a Tampa-based owner-operator who traded 15 years in corporate for the open road and never looked back.

Sam launched CMS Cargo Express, joined Dispatch, and has maintained a relationship with Lowe's Pro Supply that predates his time with Dispatch.

Now operating a 16-foot box truck across routes stretching from Tampa down to Fort Myers, he carries a 97% on-time delivery rate in 2026 and a simple philosophy: be on time, be available, and never make mistakes.
